Tree details Location: Rear garden Species: Sycamore Proximity: Close to residential property and overhanging neighbouring land ________________________________________ Description of proposed works Reduce the crown of one Sycamore tree by approximately 3/4 metres to manage size and spread. Works to be carried out evenly across the crown, maintaining the trees natural shape and character. Reducing the tree back to previous pruning points. ________________________________________ Reason for works The tree is located close to the rear of the property and has become oversized for its position. Branches are encroaching toward the dwelling and extending into neighbouring land. The proposed reduction is to reduce encroachment, manage future growth, and minimise the risk of damage to the property and neighbouring boundary, while maintaining the long-term health of the tree. ________________________________________ All works to be carried out by a qualified tree surgeon in accordance with BS3998.

Work to the Silver Birch tree in rear garden - highlighted on Aerial photograph (Picture 1). The tree is close to the house and we would like to reduce the height of the canopy by 4 to 5 metres. The tree has recently been caught in the winds and a very large branch to the northern side of the canopy snapped/split along the branch.(Picture 2). This has been cut off just before the break/split for safety. (Picture 3). The top of he tree would now need reducing to balance the canopy as most of it is now to one side, as shown in Picture 3, which is towards ours and our neighbours properties, it does sway about somewhat in the winds causing concern.

Poplar tree 65 ft tall, We wish to remove the whole tree. The poplar in our garden at 4 Woodcutters Close, Hornchurch RM11 2EZ is located adjacent to the northwest corner of Haynes park which is a dog walkers area. The tree is 65 foot tall and is only less than 15 feet from the house. I have a 3 year old son who lives in the house and plays in the garden. It is less than 5 feet to the dog walkers path and the ledge on which young boys sit on the boundary to river in the Haynes park. The tree is covered in poison ivy and the tree surgeons have said that this has damaged the core of the tree and it is dying. The large tree sways significantly even in moderate winds and on several occasions large branches both from the top and lower areas have fallen. Some photos attached. The roots are visible close to the house. I have been advised by tree surgeons that the tree roots are causing movement of the ground making the lawn level uneven and constantly changing. This has led to paving stones close to the house coming up fully (video attached) and I have been advised there might be damage to the foundations of the house already. The fence panels are leaning out toward the park and the river. Recently a fence panel on the boundary to the park next to the tree came off going into the park and it had to be refixed with screws to retain in place preventing fall. The tree surgeons also noted that the tree is leaning toward the house and there is a risk of damage to the property and people in the house due to tree. There is a risk to public in the park and children do take that path regularly. The tree surgeons have advised that the tree has to be removed fully.

Tall eucalyptus tree in my garden that is growing leaning towards the house and is not far from the house. I am worried about the tree being blown down in the wind and landing on the house. The tree also has a long branch growing to the side that has also grown towards the house, further increasing the lean of the whole tree towards the house. The tree is very tall and thin and so leans heavily towards the house in the wind. I estimate the height of the tree to currently be about 20 metres tall. The proposed works are to a (T1) Eucalyptus tree â?? Whole crown reduction to 14m above ground level, to provide sufficient clearance to property.
