Questions about the plans
What counts as an area?
An area is a circle around a postcode. Free and Watch accounts can choose a radius up to 1 mile; Trade and Pro can choose up to 5 miles. You get a daily digest of applications inside that circle. On the Pro plan you can watch a whole local authority instead of a radius.
What is an approval alert?
The free digest tells you when a new application is submitted. An approval alert also tells you when one in your area is granted, refused or withdrawn. Approvals come first in the email. They are on the Watch, Trade and Pro plans.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account. If you cancel a paid plan you keep it until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free tier.
Do you add VAT?
Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay.
