Questions about the plans
What counts as an area?
An area is a point you choose, usually a postcode, with a radius of a quarter, half or one mile around it. You get a daily digest of applications inside that circle. On the Pro plan you can watch a whole local authority instead of a radius.
What is a decision alert?
The free digest tells you when a new application is submitted. A decision alert also tells you when an application in your area is granted, refused or withdrawn. Decision alerts are on the Trade and Pro plans.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account. If you cancel a paid plan you keep it until the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to the free tier.
Do you add VAT?
Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay.
