Some diseased limbs at risk of falling on to neighbours outbuilding, growth is excessive towards rear and neighbour at 25 Mill park avenue which is creating imbalance and risk in poor weather, damaged branches at risk of falling. Advised by tree surgeon that it requires attention to make safe by "crowning" and trimming to make safe.
