Proposal
I have a large willow tree to left hand side of my property. There are two lakes one on left and one on right. The lake to the right is were a large willow tree is. The willow tree has died and is leaning towards the lake. The bark at the bootom of tree is starting to crack and this tree needs to be removed asap. If this goes into the lake it be hard to remove. Also there a popular tree to right hand side and it got a bark desease and is totally bare. This is a small tree but once again it near the to right and could fall in the laker any time .

We have a large Lime Tree at the rear of the garden close to the boundary with 3 Broadway. A tree surgeon has verbally advised that it would be a good idea to reduce the tree by a third to take some of the weight out of it and prevent any old branches falling onto someone from a considerable height. We would welcome an inspection by the Council so they can see the tree.

We have a weeping birch tree in our garden. We have had it confirmed by two different tree surgeons from two different companies that unfortunately it is dead. The tree has been dead for at least 9 months. We had hoped it might show signs of life in the summer but this has not happened. We would like permission to cut down the tree before it falls down and harms someone or falls into the pond it is beside.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.

The tree needs to have some branches cut back, they are very close to the roof, windows and guttering and we do not want to cause any damage to the property. It is an oak tree

Two oak trees at rear of Squirrels Heath Lane address that are very close to side of property at Barnfield Walk. The trees are now close to guttering on property at Barnfield Walk and request a trim back to avoid blocking guttering. This has been approved a few times in the past
