Proposal
The tree roots have lifted the kerb stones on drive to garages for houses 5-10 Romney Chase. We are all liable to maintain area. Cracked tarmac and lifted tarmac. Area used to reverse out of garage, used as overspill parking as we have limited parking in cul de sac. Damage to property by root nuisance, heading towards drain. Need to dig out damaged area and get tarmac level kerbstone reinstated.
