Grind all roots in the flat part of the garden causing trip hazards. â?¢ T1 sycamore is located in the rear garden along the rear boundary. â?¢ The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the rear aspect of the property. â?¢ The tree is of little amenity value and is in decline. Please Note: T1 is a Sycamore of poor shape and form, the roots are spreading towards the property and causing various health and safety trip hazard issues. These roots have the potential to cause structural damage to the property. â?¢ T1 sycamore is located in the rear garden along the rear boundary. â?¢ The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the rear aspect of the property. â?¢ The tree is of little amenity value and is in decline.
