Planning application
50 Parkway Romford RM2 5PA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Pine tree in the rear garden (left hand side boundary line) Selectively prune and thin inner canopy to allow wind to pass through canopy without causing damage to the tree. Reduce end weight to prevent any future failures. Remove dead wood. T1 is now growing over multiple gardens so the homeowner would like to maintain the canopy spread back towards the boundary line. Reduce over extended limbs in by 2.5-3.0m.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
