Reason: To ensure protection of the aquatic environment and to help the applicant avoid incurring unnecessary expense before it can be ascertained that a feasible method of sewage disposal is possible at this site. Discharge of Condition 6 which states:- Prior to any works commencing on site, a final Construction Environmental Management Plan and finalised Site Drainage Plan shall be submitted by the applicant/approved contractor to the Council for agreement in writing. This shall reflect and detail all the pollution prevention, mitigation and avoidance measures as outlined within the Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan (date stamped 24th May 2019) and all additional submitted information. All measures agreed in the final Construction Environmental Management Plan and finalised Site Drainage Plan shall be implemented as approved. Reason: To ensure that the appointed contractor is aware of and implements the appropriate environmental mitigation during construction phase that will protect the hydrologically connected European Site features.
