Works to reduce reach of current english oak located within property boundary at rear of main dwelling to provide sufficient clearance to property. Crown lift to 2.5m and lower branch reduction by 6-7m to return clearance back to main house to a manageable level (as applied and granted previously circa 2008). Branch reduction to be taken back to previous pruning cuts on branches no greater than 75mm diameter. Deadwooding as appropriate as part of works to preserve tree health and condition. See sketch plan KD/21_Larkspur/Tree_Works/2026 Works to reduce reach of tree branches from neighbouring property at rear of detached garage to remove contact with roofline and gutter blockage. T1 - Plum: crown reduction/lifting because of excessive growth, damage to the boundary fences and impact on other trees/shrubs in the surrounding area. The tree has grown significantly in recent years and has now become straggly and unbalanced. Description of planned work: Crown reduction: branch reduction by 4m. The current spread is 10.2m. The proposed spread will be 6m which includes the removal of the low branch which is pushing the boundary fence down and is an off shoot at ground level of the main tree. Crown lifting: removal of lower branches to a height of 2 to 2.5m above ground level

Please see accompanying recommended works from Jenks tree surgeons. Relates to three purple plum trees. We intend to reduce each by 1-1.5m which will reduce remaining height to approximately 2.5-3m in order to bring the trees back into scale with their surroundings.
