Tree to remain approx. 9-10m, max cut diameter 7.5cms. Deadwood and cut Ivy at base. T3 Single stem Sycamore, approx. 10m. Crown lift to 4m and crown reduction of approx. 20% and reshape. Inappropriate tree for small space and will be an issue as disease progresses. Dismantle to ground level, G1 Group of 9 Sycamore approx. 9m in line. Crown reduction of 20% and shape. Max cut 7.5cms. the trees height would finish 8-9m, and the spread of this linear group would be 6-7m x 2-3m. The "shaping" would reduce the over hang of the Old Newtown Road and increase the distance from the house. T5 Dwarf Cypress approx. 4m. Remove to ground level and replace with more appropriate planting so close to building
