Proposal
Works to reduce reach of current english oak located within property boundary at rear of main dwelling to provide sufficient clearance to property. Crown lift to 2.5m and lower branch reduction by 6-7m to return clearance back to main house to a manageable level (as applied and granted previously circa 2008). Branch reduction to be taken back to previous pruning cuts on branches no greater than 75mm diameter. Deadwooding as appropriate as part of works to preserve tree health and condition. See sketch plan KD/21_Larkspur/Tree_Works/2026 Works to reduce reach of tree branches from neighbouring property at rear of detached garage to remove contact with roofline and gutter blockage. Prune back to 2.5m clearance of roof overhang and back to suitable growth point on branches no greater than 75mm diameter. See photos 1-5
