Discharge of Condition 10 of previously approved application LA06/2019/1252/RM which states - The developer shall nominate and appoint a Landscape Management Company to implement and maintain the Landscape Management Plan received on 16 December 2019 and the landscape works specification and planting schedules as indicated on drawing 32 Rev A and 34 A, date stamped 24 February. The open space and amenity areas on stamped approved Drawings No. 31 Rev B and 33 Rev B date stamped 24 February 2021, shall be managed and maintained in perpetuity in accordance with the aforementioned strategy, to the satisfaction of the Council. A signed copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association shall be submitted to Council prior to the occupation of any dwelling. A signed copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Landscape Management Company appointed to implement and maintain the approved Landscape Management Plan.
