There is evidence of a decay, as well as a cavity in the main stem. permission to reduce the canopy by 2.5-3m or to previous pollard points, whichever is the lesser work, so as to reduce end loading on limbs, and maintain tree to a suitable size for its surroundings/ utilities. T2- Western Red Cedar: 1-2m reduction on the laterals extending toward the building to create better clearance and more light in the structure. Crow lift to 5m from ground level to improve visibility of the practise from the road and allow more light in. T3- Western Red Cedar: Install cable bracing to prevent excessive movement at included union on stem. Pruning of elongated foliage on East side of tree over junction by between 1 and 2m or 0.5 metres beyond the curb line, whichever is the lesser works. Crown lift to a height of 5m above ground level. T5- Western Red Cedar: Prune foliage overhanging bus stop area to create 1m clearance. Further pruning of between 1-2m on laterals extending toward the building.
