There is evidence of a decay, as well as a cavity in the main stem. permission to reduce the canopy by 2.5-3m or to previous pollard points, whichever is the lesser work, so as to reduce end loading on limbs, and maintain tree to a suitable size for its surroundings/ utilities. T2- Western Red Cedar: 1-2m reduction on the laterals extending toward the building to create better clearance and more light in the structure. Crow lift to 5m from ground level to improve visibility of the practise from the road and allow more light in.
