External alterations including alterations to the appearance of the existing facades namely, to amend the wording of Condition 18 to require that prior to occupation, a contribution be made to the Historic England Records enhancement project by way of inputting new data for the Civil War Defences for the 41 identified sites surrounding Westbury Hotel as identified within the search area of the WSI Addendum dated 04/02/2026.
