There are a number of trees along the east side of the property boundary which require pruning: 1. A copper beach requires reduction (circa 30 %) to prevent it damaging the neighbouring properties (Morley Place) as reported by the management company thereof and additionally a crown lift to circa 8 meters clearance . As per photo provided. 2. Removal of the remains of a Willow which has been eaten by pest of some description 3. Removal of the remains of a tree (not sure of species) that has a wasting disease and is over hanging the footpath which adjoins the boundary

The trees are a mix of Beech, Hawthorn, Holly, Norway Maple and oak. We would like to raise the crown to stop damage to the trees from vehicles. The trees are labelled T1-15 on the arboricultural plans over the main carpark and not numbered for the northern end of the site. We are looking at raising the crown for the trees along the road side of the site (east) to no more than 3.5 meters above ground level. We will not be felling any trees. Over the last 10 years we have planted over 100 small samplings and hedgerow saplings around the site and continue to plant more every year.
