Regulatory - Building shifted 300mm to the south of the site to increase the distance between the building and the northern site boundary from 970mm to 1270mm. Design development due to clash between window and bathroom sanitaryware. 9. - Spatial/Regulatory - General minor updates to core layout, apartments and party walls.
