Permission requested to trim the field maple at the back of the garden reducing crown by c. 10-15ft and thus overall tree by c.20% . The tree is healthy but has grown over the last 20 years and is now making stopping sunlight coming into it in summer. I have a professional tree surgeon doing the work who will ensure the tree shaped properly etc.

1. Limited re-shaping of Fir tree to regain shape lost over the last few years. Care will be taken not to cut too much off which would otherwise expose sections that wouldn't re-grow. 2. Some re-shaping of Holly tree which has become too large for its location and has an irregular shape. Location of both trees shown on Site Plan. The trunks of both trees are next to our boundary but in the garden of 3 Dog Kennel Cottages (now called Thyme Cottage)

TPO760 T50 Mature oak tree has died. We request permission to remove all branches to just leave the main trunk. Over recent years the tree has been progressively later to come into leaf and earlier to lose its' leaves than the adjacent mature oak. This year the tree has not produced any leaves at all. A local tree surgeon, Tom from T's Trees has inspected the tree and does not believe the tree trunk to be hollow. Photo2 shows damage around the trunk, which may be related to the tree's death. This damage was there when the current owners moved in.
