THIS APPLICATION REFERS TO 2 TREES POSSIBLY MAPLE OR SYCAMORE, THE REASON FOR THIS APPLICATION IS THAT THIS IS A CONSERVATION AREA. I WOULD LIKE THE TREES REMOVED COMPLETELY FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS. THE TREES ARE AT THE END OF MY GARDEN, THE TRUNK ON ONE OF THE TREES IS PUSHING THROUGH MY BORDER FENCE PANEL WHICH NOW NEEDS REPLACING. THIS IS THE LARGEST OF THE TREES AND IS OVERHANGING 3 NEIGHBOURS GARDENS ON THE LEFT SIDE. ONE OF MY NEIGHBOURS IS ELDERLY AND CANNOT MANAGE THE LEAVES AND DEBRIS FROM THE TREE. THIS TREE ALSO SHADES NEIGHBOURS GARDENS TO BOTH SIDES.

we would like to take down the tree, there is one right outside the front door, we suspect it to be a conifer which is now taller than the building and we worry that the root will be affecting the building especially in the summer months when it looks for water.
