Tree appears to be in advanced decline and, given its proximity to the neighbouring property and the footpath, removal is considered the most appropriate course of action to manage the associated risk.

Serious personal harm or loss of life are a real risk. Urgently requesting permission to carry the recommended tree works as soon as possible.
