Proposal
1no. Beech (T1) – Reduce lateral spread of the canopy overhanging the neighbouring property by approximately 2m, pruning back to suitable growth points. Works are proposed to prevent excessive encroachment over the neighbouring dwelling and to mitigate any potential impact on the roof, while maintaining the tree’s natural form and structural integrity.

1no. Oak (T1) - Reduce overextending limbs by 2m to achieve more natural, balanced shape. Reduction will take the tree back to suitable growth points. 1no. Silver Birch (T1) - Fell to ground level due to poor physiological state of the tree which has been occurring over the last four years. There is no reasonable reduction of the crown possible that would prolong the life of the tree as tree is unlikely to respond well to pruning. Replant with another Birch.
