Tree appears to be in advanced decline and, given its proximity to the neighbouring property and the footpath, removal is considered the most appropriate course of action to manage the associated risk.

It is showing clear indication deterioration since the first application. Furthermore, recent branches falling close to our playhouse and into a neighbour's garden demonstrate an extended risk. Serious personal harm or loss of life are a real risk. Urgently requesting permission to carry the recommended tree works as soon as possible.
