Condition 38 - Prior to the commencement of development, a dust management plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. This shall outline the site-specific dust mitigation measures to be employed during demolition and construction phases to minimise the generation and movement of dust from the proposed development to surrounding areas.
