Replacement Roofing & Repair Works (see Planning Portal for full description) (remaining roof coverings from previous PPM - rosemary clay tile pitched roof coverings, using a minimum of 50% original rosemary tile and 50% 1st quality salvaged rosemary tiles, with crested clay ridge tiles to be set aside for reuse and plain ridge tiles to be replaced with a crested clay tile to match the existing.) Raking and re-pointing of chimneys and remaining historic wall sections, where accessible during roofing works, replacement of failed timber window and localised repairs to existing timber balustrade. Replacement of bitumen felt, flat roof covering, with elastomeric membrane. Replacement of localised internal defective plaster reinstatement works.)
