Raking and re-pointing of chimneys and remaining historic wall sections, where accessible during roofing works, replacement of failed timber window and localised repairs to existing timber balustrade. Replacement of bitumen felt, flat roof covering, with elastomeric membrane. Replacement of localised internal defective plaster reinstatement works.)
