Proposal
Discharge of Condition 7 of Planning Approval LA06/2023/1336/F which states 'No development shall commence until the details of a surface water drainage scheme, which shall incorporate Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) principles, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The scheme shall be prepared by an expert competent in SuDs design. It shall include a programme for implementation of the works and proposals for future maintenance and management. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved SUDS scheme. The maintenance and management of the surface water drainage scheme shall be permanently carried out in accordance with the approved details.
