Café bin store, battery store, Kayak store with petrol store. Resurfacing and widening of the existing Main Slipway. Closure and infilling of northern slipway to create hard-standing area. Installation of a rock armour revetment to the northern (full extent) and eastern wall (partial extent) of the North Boatyard. Demolition and reconstruction of existing finger jetty to create wider solid jetty, new slipway to the north of the solid jetty and underpinning of North boatyard wall. Reconfiguration of boat parking. Provision of landscaped courtyard. Relocation of vehicular and pedestrian access. Resurfacing and other ancillary works including alterations to existing ground levels.
