Selective reduction of lateral branches extending from neighbouring property's holly tree and five large conifers some of which are covering the roof of the single storey property at 18A Stockwell Road, undertaken in a sympathetic and proportionate manner to preserve the natural character and appearance of the mature trees. The works will retain as much healthy live canopy as practicable, maintaining the trees' established screening function and overall form while providing the necessary clearance from the roof. The reduction will be confined to the affected lateral growth.
