Proposal

Hornbeam 1 (H1) Reduce the overall crown by approximately 50%, comprising a reduction of up to 4 metres in height and up to 5 metres from the lateral crown spread. Prune back branches extending towards or over neighbouring properties to provide up to approximately 1 metre clearance from the property boundaries, including if this requires a lateral reduction greater than 5 metres. Retain a balanced form where possible given the tree's existing irregular/misgrown form. Remove epicormic growth from the base and lower stems up to approximately 2 metres above ground level. Hornbeam 2 (H2) Remove epicormic growth from the base and lower stem up to approximately 2.5 metres above ground level. Prune back branches on the garage side to provide approximately 1 metre clearance from the building, maintaining the overall form of the tree.
