Proposal

Pine tree situated at back garden of 7 Barnard Road overgrown and neglected in odd shape, curved trunk mostly growing over my property (5 Barnard Road) sinking ground and dangerously close to nearby mine shafts and damaging my fence (rotting fence panels and leaning fence posts) is in desperate need of maintenance preferably removal.
