Tree is an Oak situated on the common grounds in Castlecroft Gardens which is on the boundary of 103 Castlecroft Road. The tree is large and overhangs the property of 103. Owner has raised concerns tree is dangerous as it overhangs and almost touches roof area of property. The Castlecroft Gardens Residents Association wish to apply in order to carry out work on the tree in order to prevent damage and any liability. The request is to complete works to make safe to property giving a clearance from the structure of no more than 2m

The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
