06/00045/TPO (T50) - Lime - Prune back smaller branches on eastern side of canopy, extending toward 21 Ash Hill, back to appropriate pruning points no more than 3 metres inboard of the common boundary between The Old House and 21 Ash Hill, but no further than the most recent pruning points. Prune small diameter branches on house side of canopy (circled in yellow on the photo that shows part of the rear elevation of The Old House), back to appropriate pruning points in line with the general canopy edge. Crown lift descending growth from the most recent pruning points around the lower skirt of the canopy back to, but not beyond, the previous pruning points.

The customer has spent a substantial amount of money on landscaping their garden and they would like to keep it in the best possible condition. They also just want to make sure that the tree does not become a nuisance or danger in the future. They like the tree but just down want it to become a nuisance to them.
