Proposal

1. Laurel (on boundary with The Limes) - reduce by up to one third and reshape. 2. Silver birch tree in lawn round border and silver birch tree on boundary with 21 Ash Hill - reduce in height by up to one third (for taller tree) and one quarter for smaller tree) and minor trim of lateral spread of both. 3. Beech, conifer and other hedging trees on boundary with 21 Ash Hill - reduce in height to 4-5 metres and remove branches overhanging 21 Ash Hill. 4. Laburnum close to boundary with 21 Ash Hill - reduce by up to one third. 5. Elderberry, holly, laurel, cherry and lilac trees by front courtyard - reduce by up to one third in height and reshape. 6. Cherry tree by conservatory - reduce by up to one third and reshape. 7. Copper beech at front corner of property - remove protuberant branches and those below 5.2m overhanging roadway, and reduce remainder (not being greater than 25mm in diameter) by no more than 2 metres from distal points. All the above work is as discussed with Council's Tree Officer (Mr C Webb) on site visit on 4 August 2026.
