TPO Works - T1 : Large Oak in front garden - raise crown to 6m from ground level, also to cut back from telephone lines and roof of properties to give minimum 3m clearance. T2 : Oak Tree Rear garden - reduce crown over neighbours garden back to previous by approx 2m, also to reduce remaining crown by up to 4m to balance. T3 and T4 : Lime Trees - crown lift to approx 6m from ground level. T5 : Acacia - reduce crown by approx 3m. Trees are becoming too large for space and crown lifting/reducing will allow more light in. Conservation Area works - T6 : Magnolia - fell. T7 and T8 : Purple plums - fell. T9 : Bay tree/hedge to reduce and shape to fence height. (Works subject to TPO 626/0075/1966

Rear garden - T1 Eucalyptus - fell. This is a non native fast growing tree which requires a lot of routine maintenance to maintain a balanced relationship between the tree and home owner. Over the last decade the tree has been reduced a couple of times. This has been done because the tree over shadows the garden and also the tree has a low union and the reduction work has reduced the stress on this union. The tree is of poor amenity value and cannot be viewed from the road. T2 Lawson Cypress - reduce in height by 2.5m to the previous pruning points. This will leave a finished tree height of 8m from ground level. All pruning cuts will be made to suitable secondary growth points. Routine maintenance to maintain a more compact height for its location. G1 Group of trees comprising of approx. 2X Hazel, 1X Holly, 1X Conifer, 1X Ash and Laurels, 1X Ash, Hazel and Laurel - prune back the drive side lateral profile to the edge of the drive in line with the granite setts on the nearest edge of the drive. Routine maintenance to maintain a more compact spread for its location. And to stop the encroachment onto the drive. G2 X Purple Plum and Cherry - raise the canopies to 2.6m from ground level over the footpath and drive. Low hanging branches over the drive footpath under statutory heights. (Works subject to TPO 626/0075/1966).
