  (amended) This is a repeat application ro prune a fully mature/over mature specimen of Cercis siliquastrum. Permission last granted in 2021. Tree continues to decay inn the main trunks through large infection of Ganoderma and the basal bifurcation which requires the two stems of the tree to be cabled together. This cable is now under considerable tension and perission for a repeat crown reduction to the pruning points approved under TPO consent Ref:13/02683/TPO is requested.
