Lower eaves with stone cornice and iron gutter, (painted black). Elevation North West (Front)_Entrance door simplified. Windows adjusted at ground floor either side of entrance door. Elevation South East (Rear)_Loggia entablature simplified reducing in mass.

The car port is to be covered over and to be incorporated as part of the internal plan. A chimney is to be installed for a wood burner. A lean-to log and refuse store will be added to the south elevation. A new dormer and roof lights are to be fitted to the existing roof. A new porch entrance to the elevation. The proposals are also for the construction of a new Garage / Car Port building. The proposals are also for a external standby generator.
