Proposal
The proposals are for renovation of the existing Barn House building. Materials are to be matched to the existing. Any structural problems are to be remedied. The car port is to be covered over and to be incorporated as part of the internal plan. A chimney is to be installed for a wood burner. A lean-to log and refuse store will be added to the south elevation. A new dormer and roof lights are to be fitted to the existing roof. A new porch entrance to the elevation. The proposals are also for the construction of a new Garage / Car Port building. The proposals are also for a external standby generator.
