NAMELY, Introduction of greater flexibility of use of the Olympia Mews building: Variation of condition 16 to become a compliance condition in relation to noise assessment; Variation of condition 23 (parts B and C) to become a compliance condition in relation to conservation method statement; Variation of conditions 31, 41, 42, 43, with submission of relevant information to amend this to become a compliance condition, in relation to all planting and soft landscaping across the scheme; Variation of conditions 39 and 40, with submission of relevant information to amend this to become a compliance condition, in relation to tree protection and arboricultural monitoring; Design changes to three apartments, the communal garden area, and landscaping strategy.
