Proposal
Magnolia growing in the front left hand corner of the front garden of 3 Northumberland Place, tree 1 on the attached plan. Fell, remove stump and main roots. Reasons - poor specimen with low amenity value and no real scope for improvement. To be replaced, together with a replacement for the recently removed cotoneaster (ref 25/03383/TCA) Proposed replacements to be agreed with Westminster, we suggest Japanese maple, silverbell tree or similar small / medium ornamental tree.
