Reasons - poor specimen with low amenity value and no real scope for improvement. To be replaced, together with a replacement for the recently removed cotoneaster (ref 25/03383/TCA) Proposed replacements to be agreed with Westminster, we suggest Japanese maple, silverbell tree or similar small / medium ornamental tree.
