This tree is in the courtyard parking area: Moreton Terrace Mews North SW1V 2NS: The tree is NOT outside of No.1, it can be clearly viewed from the parking area to the rear. Access to the parking area is from the gate which is next to No.35 Moreton Terrace. Gate Code 5789. Mature Fig: This tree is growing within close proximity of and partially abutting the rear boundary wall of a property in Moreton Terrace. Several large cracks were noted in the wall which can at least partially attributed to the tree root/stem expansion and or soil desiccation. T1: Mature Fig: Approximately 7.00m: Section fell to as near to ground level as is practicable without risk of further damage to the wall (approximately 30cm above ground level). Control damage potential.
