Amendments to planning permission 25th May 2022 (RN: 22/02192/FULL) Installation of new shopfront including replacement of existing windows with double doors, extension of entrance landing and stair sets to lightwell alterations to railings and new fascia. Namely, to comprise the reorientating of the northern staircase within the existing lightwell and creating a new opening in the existing railing at ground floor level. A second opening would be required for the southern staircase providing direct access to Bury Street. The step on the landing pad providing access into the unit also requires resizing as instructed by Building Control.
