New lead flashing around chimney and ridge line using like for like materials. Adequate ventilation - vent tiles and over fascia vents. Bonding gutters to be installed on conjoining party wall so the installation is the correct roof gauge.

G1 - 2x Poplar, 1x Sycamore (located on river bank) - fell to as near ground level as possible. This is due to all 3 trees to be located on a river bank with a slight lean towards neighbouring properties. G2 - 15-20x Willows (located on river bank) - Pollard all trees to approximately 2-2.5m from ground level. This is due to them no encroaching on neighbouring properties.
