The Holm Oak in my garden excessively shades the morning sun and is higher than the adjacent hedge. The oak has no amenity value. I would like to have it pruned to achieve a consistent boundary hedge and lessen shading, which will help my garden thrive. I hope the photograph showig the lower (ideal) hedge height is helpful
