Silver Birch Tree - Crown reduce by approximately 3-4m and lift the lower branches up to 4-5m. Reducing the tree due to the lean heading toward the house, the reduction will reduce the wind sail therefore making it safer.

T1 and T2 Cypress - Dismantle and remove as trees are very close to front of property, and now in decline, neither would lend them selves well to reduction or crown raising works T3 Conifer - Crown raise to 2.5 metres to give good clearance over path and flower bed, also to let light into ground floor windows T6 Oak in front lawn by central path - in decline - heavily reduced in the past, thin / sparse canopy with deadwood throughout canopy Removal of all deadwood over 50mm diameter from canopy for safety, as well as reduction of any overly long extended lateral branches that maybe prone to failure or stand out from the overall shape of the canopy - this would only be done where deemed necessary upon inspection whilst carrying out deadwood, and would be kept to an absolute minimum A full reduction of the tree would not be beneficial. No fungal brackets were visible at the time of site visit, however considering the diminished health of the tree, regular checks would be advisable to identify any future problems

TPO760 T50 Mature oak tree has died. We request permission to remove all branches to just leave the main trunk. Over recent years the tree has been progressively later to come into leaf and earlier to lose its' leaves than the adjacent mature oak. This year the tree has not produced any leaves at all. A local tree surgeon, Tom from T's Trees has inspected the tree and does not believe the tree trunk to be hollow. Photo2 shows damage around the trunk, which may be related to the tree's death. This damage was there when the current owners moved in.
