Proposal
To demolish two existing single storey 1970's extension to the rear of the property and replace with: Demolish existing single storey concrete block extension facing southeast. Construct a purpose brick built single storey extension with a pitched roof off the east corner of the property containing a kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Form a new doorway into the proposed kitchen off the existing south east facing annex living room. Demolish existing northeast single storey extension and replace with a purpose built brick single storey extension with pitched roof consisting of a boot room with indoor toilet and accessible outdoor toilet.
