Remove tree because it is in a high use area and high risk of further failure. Replace with another tree in a more suitable area. T8 - Willow - Re-pollard to reduce back from building. G1- 3 Willows - Re-pollard to 4m to ensure nearby gas tanks and power lines don't become targets.
