Removal of the existing roof covering includng cement pointing to chimneys. Rebuild the roof with like for like materials: Welsh slate timber battens and leadwork. Addition of a new breathable membrane. All salvageable slates will be resued. The work will require the installation of a scaffold. Exisitng materials : Welsh slate, leadwork , timber battens , cement pointing, plastic guttering and down pipes. 1x cast iron down pipe.
