Proposal

T1-Ash- Large tree in the front of the property suffering from extensive Ash Dieback Large diameter dead branches and advanced die back throughout the canopy Overhanging public footpath and road Reduce canopy back down to live wood to allow for regeneration Reduce in height by approximately 5-6m taking canopy height from 20m to 15m and width from 15m to 10m T1-Turkey Oak Very large twi-stemmed tree on the Western boundary located in no 7 Fountain Drive. Southern stem in advanced decline with extensive die back in upper sections and large diameter dead branches Overhanging the roof of no 6 and history of previous limb breakages Suggested works are to shorten all overhanging branches on the Southern stem back to a tuft of sprouts, blending in with the rest of the tree as far as possible. Remove all large dead sections over the boundary Take lateral canopy spread over no 6 Fountain drive back by 3-4m from tips T2-Sycamore Tree is located on the verge in Hogarth Court Remove two lowest lateral limbs overhanging three newly planted Silver Birch in no 6 Fountain Drive to allow for better, more upright future growth G1-Leyland Cypresses Row of trees along the Southern boundary Reduce in height by up to 2m from branch tips and clip in the sides by 1-1.5m all round to create a neater more compact hedge Routine maintenance
