REVISED SPECIFICATION T4, crown clean (remove hangers, deadwood, crossing and decayed branches), prune branch stubs back to main stem, and crown lift to provide approx.10m clearance above ground level (for 2m clearance above height of approved building footprint). T10, canopy reduction to remove dead leader back to the first live lateral, i.e. prune back to live growth. T18, crown clean (remove hangers, dead, crossing and decayed branches), prune branch stubs back to main stem, and crown lift to provide approx..10m clearance above ground level (for 2m clearance above height of approved building footprint). T20, remove epicormic growth from main stem up to height of first lateral, and crown reduce by 5 to 6m, and balance crown by light lateral reduction back to collective canopy as per photograph annotation provided by Liam (pending see attached photos for use). T27, remove epicormic growth from main stem up to the height of the first lateral, and crown lift to 2.5m from ground level.
