T1 Apple Observations: T1 is overhanging the boundary - the resident would like to undergo general maintenance to this tree. Recommendations: Reduce height back to previous points - approximately 3-4m. Reduce side by 2-3m. Balance remainder of tree. Crown clean (and deadwood). Client wants to keep the tree from hanging over the neighbours boundary to roughly 1m.
